Everything you need to know is here, but how do you know where to start? It’s easy! Just follow these three steps and you’ll be prepared for your role in making the Sheetz-to-Sheetz Trail run a success!

  2. After consulting the chart on the right to see which resources are required or optional for your job, read the specified documents and watch the on-demand video resources (links below).

  3. Check the schedule on the right to see if any upcoming virtual or in-person meetings apply to you or your team.

  • Training Series for Aid Station Workers - A series of three videos covering everything from aid station layout to avoiding bottlenecks in a cupless race. Please note several changes since these videos were recorded:

    • Dogs are no longer allowed for liability reasons

    • The 3rd aid station now serves beef jerky and fruit snacks

    • A 4th aid station (Pretzel Stop) has been added (with toilet)

    • 3-gallon water jugs have been discontinued so we’ll only have the 5-gallon variety

    • Gluten-free food options are available

    • Bluetooth speakers are available

    • KG Sheriff’s Office UTV trails the last runner

    • Dr. Raindrop replaced Tailwind as the on-course electrolyte drink

    • New picnic tables at the campsite

    • Hot drinks are no longer served
