Training Series for Aid Station Workers - A series of three videos covering everything from aid station layout to avoiding bottlenecks in a cupless race. (Updates since these videos were recorded: Dogs are no longer allowed for liability reasons, a 4th aid station has been added (with toilet), gluten-free food options are available, bluetooth speakers are available, the KG Sheriff’s Office UTV trails the last runner, Dr. Raindrop replaced Tailwind as the on-course electrolyte drink, new picnic tables at the campsite, no hot chocolate served)
