Training Series for Aid Station Workers - A series of three videos covering everything from aid station layout to avoiding bottlenecks in a cupless race. Please note several changes since these videos were recorded:
Dogs are no longer allowed for liability reasons
The 3rd aid station now serves beef jerky and fruit snacks
A 4th aid station (Pretzel Stop) has been added (with toilet)
3-gallon water jugs have been discontinued so we’ll only have the 5-gallon variety
Gluten-free food options are available
Bluetooth speakers are available
KG Sheriff’s Office UTV trails the last runner
Dr. Raindrop replaced Tailwind as the on-course electrolyte drink
New picnic tables at the campsite
Hot drinks are no longer served
