2025 DONATION
The Sheetz-to-Sheetz Trail Run donated proceeds from registration fees, sponsorships, and raffle ticket sales to local charities as designated below:
Sheetz For the Kidz®: $4,447

Transparency statement; The Sheetz-to-Sheetz Trail Run was created by and is managed by Race Fund Adventures, LLC. Although charity donation has been a major goal of the race since its second year, the LLC is not a non-profit. Rather, Race Fund Adventures, LLC, voluntarily commits to donate a total of (a) $10 for every paid registration; (b) 20% of all monetary sponsorships; and (c) 100% of raffle ticket sales (minus modest expenses) to its selected charity partners. Funds are dispersed in mid-April as follows: (a) $1,000 to Friends of the Dahlgren Railroad Heritage Trail; (b) $250 to Ainsley’s Angels of America; and (c) the remainder to Sheetz For the Kidz®. Additionally, Race Fund Adventures, LLC, voluntarily donates at least 10 free entries per year (valued at nearly $1,000 to Ainsley’s Angels teams as well as youth and low-income runners as part of its voluntary Runner Assistance Program.
