2024 DONATION
The Sheetz-to-Sheetz Trail Run donated proceeds from registration fees, sponsorships, and raffle ticket sales to local charities as designated below:
Sheetz For the Kidz®: $4,400
Clothes, necessities and toys for local underprivileged childrenFriends of the Dahlgren Railroad Heritage Trail : $1,000
Trail maintenance and programsAinsley’s Angels: $250

Transparency statement; The Sheetz-to-Sheetz Trail Run was created by and is managed by Race Fund Adventures, LLC. Although charity donation has been a major goal of the race since its second year, the LLC is not a non-profit. Rather, Race Fund Adventures, LLC, voluntarily commits to donate 25% of profits from registrations, sponsorships, and grants to its identified charity partners. In addition, 100% of monies collected via the raffle are directly donated to charity. Lastly, the LLC voluntarily donates approximately 10 free entries per year to Ainsley’s Angels runners as well as youth and low-income runners as part of our Runner Assistance Program. Many of the remaining profits have been re-invested into race improvements and expanded programs.
